Tecari Designs now ships worldwide; excluding Northern Ireland and Europe. Unfortunately due to the new GPSR safety regulations we can no longer ship to EU/NI. This is extremely disappointing news but hopefully we'll be able to return to shipping in these areas when there is more clear guidance from the UK in regards to this.

Our lead time for prints (not custom) is currently 1-2 working days before dispatch. For custom prints the current lead time is 7 working days before dispatch, this is to allow me time to create your order and have it sent to my local printers. Quality is always very important to me and your prints will be checked by me before sending out. If you are planning on giving this as a gift, please make sure you order in plenty of time to not be disappointed.

Lead time are likely to increase during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and seasonal sales. Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail Tracked 48; you should expect delivery 2 working days after dispatch with tracking (for your own peace of mind and ours). We ship our products Monday-Friday.

We use Royal Mail as our delivery service to help reduce the impact we have on the environment. Their delivery model significantly contributes to keeping their emissions low when compared to their competitors. Over half of their delivery routes are wholly or partially on foot, while 21% of their delivery routes are now zero emission.

*Free standard UK shipping on orders over £30, not including custom print orders. Unfortunately, the free standard delivery on orders over £30 does not apply to custom prints. A £3 flat rate for shipping is added to A4 custom prints and a £5.50 flat rate for A3 custom prints; i.e. A4 custom print is £45 + £3 flat rate delivery, TOTAL £48; A3 custom print is £55 + £5.50 flat rate delivery, TOTAL £60.50. You will not pay any extra delivery fee on checkout unless you opt for Tracked 24.
